Food places with good view of Singapore skyline

Within the span of 2 week, I visited 3 food places with an remarkable view of singapore skyline, and the most remarkable happened to be the most unexpected of them all.

5 - Rooftop of Al Dente (@ Colours by the Bay)

The most unexpected and more impressive was the rooftop of Al Dente. Although it was on a low spot, its unobstructed pan view of the business district nite lights was simply remarkable. I can't explain why, but its quite different from the view as seen on the ground level or from the rooftop of the esplanade. Yet, 2hrs to wait for a piece of fish (which didn't taste too bad), is unfortunately a tad too long for me. Great experience, maybe for friends, but certainly not when one is too hungry.
