What makes SIN different?

Something C said the other day, rang in my mind. What makes SIN different from other countries or cities... this is a city with integrity. This is a country and city, where rights and wrong are still quite clear, and where wrongs can be made right. That is what make SIN different, and what makes SIN worth defending.
