End of Sep hols...

One week does passes rather quickly, and its coming to the end of the Sep sch hols. Its pretty amazing how much difference this makes to SIN's early morning traffic. If school started later, or at a time when traffic is generally low, the early morning congestions could just be averted. Well, that is just pure speculation.
